**WEEKLY RANDOM DRAWINGS - CONTEST DETAILS
By participating in our Weekly Random Drawings, you agree to be bound by the Weekly Random Drawing Rules below. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Judging
Winners will be selected by the staff of Per Annum, Inc (PAI). The judges shall have the sole authority and discretion to determine a person's eligibility. The winner will be selected based on a random selection from valid entries. The staff of PAI will have the sole authority and discretion on the selection of a winner.
Drawing Rules
The Weekly Random Drawing is open to individuals, but not to corporate entries. Owners, Employees and Contractors of PAI and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. To be eligible for the Weekly Random Drawing you must subscribe (or be a current subscriber) to our email list* via the orange form at the bottom of this page. You also must be a legal resident of the United States**** and be at least 18 years of age on the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
If you are selected as a winner, you agree that PAI may publicize your name and/or likeness on our web site, www.perannum.com. There will be no compensation for any such publicity except for the prize itself. Each Weekly Random Drawing's prize will be chosen at random from our product inventory. The value of each prize will vary between $10-$85 retail.
Each entrant shall indemnify, defend, and hold the owners of PAI harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to that entrant's participation in the Weekly Random Drawing. In no event shall the owners of PAI be liable to an entrant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Weekly Random Drawing or that entrant's participation in the Weekly Random Drawing. By participating, all entrants release the staff of PAI from any and all liability with respect to and in any way arising from participating in this promotion, acceptance or use of prizes.
Odds of winning depend on the number of active subscribers to our email list at the time of each Weekly Random Drawing. All taxes, including income taxes, are the sole responsibility of winners. No prize substitution is permitted. Winner(s) may be required to verify their entry.
All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE OR FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS. The Weekly Random Drawing is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
Notification
Between now and March 30th, 2010, PAI will hold a Weekly Random Drawing. The drawing will be held on the Friday morning of each week within the contest period. Each winner will be randomly selected from the current email subscriber list as of the morning of the each drawing. The winner will also be notified via email. Winners have 7 days from notification to claim the prize. Prize may be claimed by return e-mail. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
***By subscribing to our email list, you will be among the first to know about Per Annum sales, special email only offers, contests and more. Your information is safe with us. We, at no time, sell, give or otherwise disseminate any customer information to third parties. You may choose to unsubscribe at any time.
****While we certainly understand that Per Annum customers are found worldwide, we regret not being able to allow everyone to participate in our contests and giveaways. Since we must comply with the legal requirements in every location in which the contest is available, we must limit eligibility to our US customers (see details above). Unfortunately, it is simply beyond the scope of our company to comply with contest laws around the world.
