Return Instructions:

30 DAY GUARANTEE – If you have purchased products from Per Annum within the last 30 days and are not 100% satisfied, simply follow our Return/ Exchange procedure found below. Please note that discontinued, clearance, made-to-order and personalized items are non-returnable. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE – Per Annum, Inc. guarantees the quality of all our products against manufacturing defects. If you should receive defective or damaged merchandise, please follow the return procedure below within 30 days. Upon verification of the damage, Per Annum will replace the damaged/defective product or provide a refund.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY* – If a manufacturing defect should occur after the 30-day guarantee has expired, follow the return procedure below. Upon verification of the damage, Per Annum will replace the damaged/defective product or provide store credit. *Note that this warranty does NOT include normal wear and tear.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE WITHIN 30 DAYS** – Contact us via e-mail or telephone to receive return authorization. Be sure to include your name, invoice number, date of receipt and reason for return. Product must be returned in resalable condition for full credit to be issued. The return must include ALL original packaging, wrappers, inserts, etc. Partial or no credit will be issued at our discretion should product show signs of being used, scratched or abused. Discontinued, clearance, made-to-order and personalized items may NOT be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.

1) Pack the merchandise, including all original packaging, wrappers, inserts, etc., in such a way to avoid damage while in transit. Please note that the cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

2) Return items via a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or insured parcel post. 

3) Upon receipt of your returned item(s), Per Annum will refund your credit card for the amount of the items returned. If you wish to exchange for items of a different style, we will charge or credit you for any difference in the purchase price. 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE AFTER 30 DAYS** – If you wish to return items after 30 days of receipt, full refunds will NOT be honored, but you may return the merchandise and receive store credit good towards future purchases. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
