1.) Are your products archival and safe for photos?

Most of our products are archival quality.  See All products labeled as are archival, acid free, and lignin free. Kolo products meet or exceed the standards set forth by the United States Library of Congress.

2.) Do the albums come with protector sheets?

No, protector sheets are not included with the albums, but can be purchased separately for some albums.

3.) How do protector sheets work?

Protector sheets are made of photo-safe polypropylene and slide over the album pages like sleeves.

4.) How do I clean my linen cloth covered album?

We suggest using a Dry Cleaning Pad for removing basic finger prints and other dirt or particles. The brand Staedtler (www.staedtler-usa.com) manufactures a Dry Cleaning Pad # 926 05, that works well. It's sold in most art supply and drafting stores. Avoid using soap or water on most linen products. This will only stain the album.

- Imprinting Questions -



1.) What are the imprint options for the albums?

Standard
We can customize your album with up to 2 lines of imprinting in gold or silver foil.
Order with 1 Line of custom wording for an additional $10.00,
      (up to 24 characters & spaces)
Order with a second line of custom wording for an additional $5.00 (Total $15),
      (up to 24 characters & spaces)

Deluxe
For larger quantities of albums, we can imprint using a custom made die. This is a more economical method for wedding favors or corporate orders.

2.) What font is used?

The font that is used depends on the album and the imprint. The following images are to give you an idea of the look of the font, they do not show the actual point size.

3.) Where will the imprinting be located on the album?

The standard location for the imprint is centered beneath the die cut window on the front cover of the album. For albums where there is no die-cut window, the imprint will be placed in the bottom right-hand corner.  If you prefer a different location for your imprint, please include instructions in the notes section of the shopping cart or call 1-800-548-1108.

1.) Do you offer quantity discounts?

2.) Will I be charged sales tax?

Only customers who are shipping product to an address within the State of New York will be charged sales tax. Product being shipped to another state is tax exempt.

3.) What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Per Annum,Inc. guarantees the quality of all products purchased either directly or through recognized third parties, against all manufacturing defects.  Per Annum, Inc. will replace any merchandise found to be defective.

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than product defects/damages (i.e. the size or color isn't what you want), you should ship the item(s) to us in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item. The items must be in saleable condition. Once we receive your return, the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. The original shipping fee and the cost of the return shipping are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please contact us immediately via mail, e-mail or telephone.

1.) How is my order shipped?

We ship all orders via UPS Ground/USPS Priority Mail. If you require quicker delivery please call us at 800-548-1108.

2.) What are the shipping charges?

  • Shipping charges for Kolo products are based on weight.
  • Your shipping charges are calculated when you begin the check-out process.
  • You will see your shipping cost in step 3 of the check-out
    (before your order is submitted).

3.) How long does it take? / Can I request faster shipping?

Once payment is received your order will be processed and shipped according to our standard shipping schedule:

  • Credit card orders will be charged within one business day.
  • Checks must clear before orders are shipped (please add 5-7 business days to our standard shipping schedule).
  • All in-stock items (paid in full) will ship via UPS within two business days. Please allow up to 7 days for the delivery of your items.
  • If you require alternative shipping arrangements, please call us as soon as possible 1-800-548-1108.
*Imprinted Items - Please allow an additional 1-2 days for items with imprinting.

4.) What if an item is backordered?

Once we receive your order, you may be notified via email or phone that an item is on backorder.  Backordered items usually ship in 1-3 weeks.  You will not be charged for items until they are ready to ship.
