30 DAY GUARANTEE - If you have
purchased products from Per Annum within the last 30 days and are not 100% satisfied,
simply follow our Return/Exchange procedure found below. Please note that imprinted

If you should receive defective or damaged merchandise, please follow the return procedure found below. Upon verification of the damage, Per Annum will replace the damaged/defective product(s) at our cost. RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE WITHIN 30 DAYS** Product must be returned in resaleable condition for full credit to be issued. The return should include all original packaging. Partial or no credit will be issued at our discretion should product show signs of being used, scratched or abused. Discontinued items are non-returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. 1) Notify us of your return via mail, email or telephone. Be sure to include your order number, date of receipt and reason for return. 2) Pack the merchandise in such a way that damage due to shipping will be minimized.
