This offer is good for standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground) to one address within the continental United States for any Per Annum order with a total over $100. The discount will be applied automatically during checkout -- no coupon code is necessary. Customers are responsible for all taxes and expedited delivery upgrades, if applicable. International orders are not eligible for free shipping.
This free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other offer and may be changed or discontinued at our discretion. The purchase value of gift certificates cannot be applied towards the $100 minimum. This offer does not apply to Corporate Sales. This offer cannot be applied to past purchases. Multiple orders cannot be combined.
Once your order has been processed, it will ship within 24 to 48 hours and will usually be delivered within 1 to 5 business days, depending upon the recipient's location. If an item is on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours after your order has been submitted. In such cases, the order will typically ship within 1-2 weeks, once the item has been received from the manufacturer. |

Credit card orders will be charged when your order ships (except pre-orders or large quantity orders which
are charged within one business day of placing the order).
- Personal checks require an additional 5-7 business days before shipment.

Standard Shipping Schedule*
|
- All in-stock items (paid in full) will ship via UPS/USPS within two business days.
Please allow up to 7 days for the delivery of your items.
- Out-of-stock items will ship as soon as they become available. These tend to ship
within 2-3 weeks. If the majority of your order is in-stock, it will ship separately
from your backordered items.
- If you require alternative shipping arrangements (expedited shipping, another carrier,
etc.), please include your desired delivery date in the order notes during the checkout
process.

- UPS charges $5 to correct/modify addresses after a package has been shipped. To
avoid
these charges being passed along to you, please review your "Ship To" address

- If your shipping address changes after an order has been placed, please notify us
immediately. If your order has not been shipped we will make the change at no cost.
If your package has been shipped, you will be charged a $5 forwarding charge.

International Shipping

USPS Global Priority Mail, Parcel Post or Global Express Mail
International orders will ship via one of the above methods depending on the size of the package. When ordering online, choose UPS Ground (the only shipping method available). We will adjust the fee accordingly when your order is processed. One diary or a small photo album would cost between $11 to $13 for Global Priority. For larger packages, the cost would be determined based on the weight of the order.
Customs/Import Duties
Please note that customs and import duties will be applied once the shipment
reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of
your order and will vary from country to country. For more details, contact your
local customs office.
